About

I’m Nicolas Massé, born in 1982 in Limoges, France.
Passionate about basketball, I was first a player and then a coach before becoming a scout and consultant.
After winning several titles and podium finishes in youth categories, I signed a professional trainee contract with Saint-Quentin Basketball before playing for Cognac, Aubenas and Escaudain.
As a holder of the B.E.1 that i obtained as valedictorian, I coached at club level in all age categories. I also led the Limoges Pôle Espoirs and the minimes regional selection.
For over 10 years now, I’ve been using my skills as a scout for the Image4Sport agency and as a consultant for the Interperformances agency on the Japanese market.

Scouting

Scouting can help you to evaluate a player (qualities, flaws, potential, improvement potential), to keep an eye on an unsigned profile or on a young talent who has left to gain experience elsewhere. It can also provide invaluable help in recruitment, with searches and proposals within foreign markets and other divisions to make good financial and sporting deals.
